Gerard Picco was named Managing Director in the spring of 2004, with the responsibility of overseeing Mohr Partners operations in New York. As a top New York real estate veteran with nearly 20 years experience, Gerard most recently worked as Senior Vice President with United Systems Integrators (USI). His areas of expertise include relationship building and new business development for national and local corporate service and brokerage clients. He has applied portfolio rationalization and process/quality enhancement methodologies for his clients, resulting in achieved efficiencies and cost savings.His other experience includes serving as real estate manager for US Trust Company of New York, assistant managing director at Insignia/ESG and vice president of his own commercial construction business, Picco & Sons.Gerard received his B.A. from State University of New York and degree certification in construction management from New York University. He has represented the real estate interests of many Fortune 500 organizations and local client brokerage requirements.Outside of Mohr Partners, Gerard is a member of CoreNet Global, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the East Hampton Point Yacht Club. |
