Mr. Zimmerebner is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years experience. Mr. Zimmerebner worked for the Audit division of Ernst & Whinney, a Big Eight (now Big Four) international accounting firm for more then 7 years. Mr. Zimmerebner has been in a Controller capacity for several South Texas enterprises, in charge of accounting, treasury, human resources, and cash management functions since graduating from college. Mr. Zimmerebner has been very instrumental in developing processes and procedures to enable each of these enterprises to grow efficiently. Mr. Zimmerebner graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary�s University in 1981. |
