Dr. Parker has served as a director of FEI since July 2001. Dr. Parker held a variety of positions at Intel Corporation (��Intel��) from 1969 to 2001, where he served most recently as Executive Vice President. During his tenure at Intel, Dr. Parker also served as Senior Vice President of the company�s Technology and Manufacturing Group from 1989 to 1999, where he managed worldwide manufacturing. From 1999 to 2001, Dr. Parker was General Manager of Intel�s New Business Group. Dr. Parker serves on the board of directors of Applied Materials, Inc., a supplier of products and services to the semiconductor industry. Dr. Parker holds B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the California Institute of Technology. |
