Geri specializes in cases involving enforcement of noncompete agreements, protection of trade secrets and unfair competition, and has consistently obtained favorable results for clients involved in such matters. Geri also represents clients in cases involving common law claims such as breach of contract, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duties, wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, fraud and misrepresentation. In addition, she advises clients regarding commercial and employment issues, and assists them by reviewing and drafting employment contracts, noncompete agreements, employee policies and handbooks, and severance agreements.
Geri's business litigation experience includes representing clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in a wide range of commercial disputes. Geri also has experience conducting internal investigations, having represented clients subject to a wide variety of governmental investigations.
