Gerios J.M. Rovers is CIO and managing director of the Cohen & Steers European real estate securities business. He shares oversight of investment management activities with Joseph Houlihan. He has over 18 years of experience. Prior to co-founding Houlihan Rovers in 2000 with Mr. Houlihan, Mr. Rovers was a vice president for two and a half years at Security Capital Group in Brussels where he was responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio strategies. Previously, he was an associate director of GIM Algemeen Vermogensbeheer, a Dutch investment management company, where he managed global real estate securities portfolios for domestic and foreign clients. Mr. Rovers has a degree from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. He is based in Brussels. |
