Dr. Sinclair is the Executive Director of the World Centre for Digital Media since May 2006. Dr. Sinclair was the Chair of the Canada Telecom Policy Review Panel and a Strategic Management Consultant since October 2004. Also Dr. Sinclair was the General Manager of MSN Canada (internet services) from September 2002 to October 2004 and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of NCompass Labs an Internet content management company acquired by Microsoft in 2001.
