Gidi Argov leads E4X's finance division and is responsible for all of the company's finances, including financial planning, treasury, accounting, audit, legal and taxation. Mr. Argov has over ten year of financial management experience. Prior to joining E4X, he served as senior manager in PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he lead an audit department. There, he was responsible for managing IPO processes in Israel and in the U.S.A., yearly and periodically issuance of financial statements and tax returns, and due diligence performance of high tech and industrial companies. He also provided consulting services on International taxation, transfer pricing issues, tax conventions and foreign exchange transfers. Mr. Argov is a certified public accountant (Isr.) and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics (with honors) from Tel Aviv University. |
