A long-time leader in the Israeli business, Gil Weiser has more than 25 years experience in management and operations. With executive posts at corporate, academic and financial entities from Hewlett Packard and chairing the Haifa University Executive board to the Israel Stock Exchange. Over the years, Mr. Weiser has managed the following companies: CEO of Digital corp. (DEC) Israel (1976-1993), President & CEO of Fibronics-Worldwide network solution Corp. (1993-1995) and the CEO of HP Israel and CMS corp. (1995-2000). Mr. Weiser acts as chairman/director of the following companies: Fundtech, BBP, Formula systems, Optibase, Clicksoftware and Carmel. Previously, Mr. Weiser acted as chairman/director of Tescom, Regisoft, VKB and Safebit and was the Acting Vice Chairman for ORAMA
International investment Banking group and the board member of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (2002-2004). Gil Weiser holds a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. |
