Gilles Chevalier, Qu�bec (Canada). Mr. Chevalier was, until July 2005, a Professor of auditing at HEC, the Business School at University of Montreal. Mr. Chevalier also acts as a consultant to the Canadian Public Accountability Board, an organization that oversees auditors of reporting issuers in Canada. He retired as a Senior Partner at Samson B�lair/Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2002, and was President of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Qu�bec in 1987. Mr. Chevalier was appointed to the board of directors of the Company in July 2005 and chairs its Audit Committee. |
