Gilles Chevalier, Quebec (Canada). Mr. Chevalier was, until July 2005, a Professor of auditing at HEC, the Business School at University of Montreal. Mr. Chevalier also acts as a consultant to the Canadian Public Accountability Board, an organization that oversees auditors of reporting issuers in Canada. He retired as a Senior Partner at Samson Belair/Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2002, and was President of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec in 1987. Mr. Chevalier was appointed to the board of directors of the Company in July 2005 and chairs its Audit Committee. |
