Gina B. Dailey serves as counsel in the Real Estate Department of our Boston office. Her practice is in the area of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing. Prior to joining , Ms. Dailey was associate general counsel with the Division of Capital Asset Management, formerly known as the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, where she represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in its real estate transactions. She was also associated with Sherburne, Powers & Needham where she represented developers, lenders and non-profit organizations.
