Assisted client with adult care home licensing matters, including negotiating settlements with state agency regarding the acquisition of additional adult care home beds.
In a Certificate of Need dispute, wrote successful response in opposition to motion seeking to compel the discovery of a large hospital system's board meeting minutes.
Assisted out-of-state provider with development of hospice agency, including obtaining Certificate of Need.
Assisted adult care home client by investigating adverse action, including interviewing staff and writing affidavits, and argued on behalf of client at Penalty Review Committee.
