Ginger Scherbarth currently operates as Director, Human Resources and has been with Regent for 8 years. Prior to joining Regent, Ginger spent 12 years at LensCrafters� Corporate Office in various Human Resources positions including leadership roles in Benefits & Health Promotion, Compensation and Employee Relations.
Ginger earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University double majoring in Human Resource Management and Exercise Science/Health Promotion. She went on to earn her Master of Education degree from the University of Cincinnati majoring in Health Education.
