As Workstream's Vice President of Human Resources, Ginger is the catalyst for organizational effectiveness. She leverages all the Human Resource efforts for Workstream's competitive advantage. She has the crucial responsibility of harnessing the company's intellectual capital through open communication, employee recognition and maintaining a culture of competence and collaboration.
Prior to joining Workstream in August 2006 as Director of HR, Ginger spent 10 years with FedEx as an HR professional in the field at FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. She is also a retired Navy Master Chief, where her last position was the Director, of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, in Newport, Rhode Island. Ginger also served for three years as the Chairwoman of the Equality Management Committee for Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services for the Department of Defense.
Ginger is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Vice President of the Executive Women's Golf Association - Orlando Chapter. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in Workforce Education and Development and Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.
