Ginni Garner was elected President of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner's Association in 2006 and is a Partner and Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates Cleveland East. She has over twelve years of experience in the Executive Search industry helping clients fill critical executive and management openings in business process outsourcing, call center, healthcare service and healthcare finance organizations. Her career has spanned from small boutique firms to publicly traded Heidrick & Struggles. Ginni�s knowledge of corporate cultures, global business practices, and evolving client needs enables her to quickly assess and recruit compatible talent.
In addition to her practice serving global outsourcing organizations, Ginni trains new and existing Search Consultants for SRA International and is a Partner in the Healthcare Services Practice of Sanford Rose Associates. The practice focuses on recruiting executives for health systems, healthcare technology and healthcare finance organizations. She has recently completed top leadership searches for C-Level and SVP roles as well as for key functional positions such as operations, sales, business development, technology and human resources.
