Gino Porazzo, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of OAKLEAF. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Porazzo held a number of senior financial positions, including Vice President and Corporate Controller, Director of Acquisitions, and finally Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Medical Response; as well as Audit Manager of KPMG Peat Marwick. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College. |
