Mr. Patterson was appointed a director of the Company in January 2000. In 1988 Mr. Patterson co-founded CANAI Inc. (which in 1991 became Plaintree Systems Inc.) and from 1995 through 1999 was the Vice-President of International Sales and served as the Corporate Secretary of the Company from 1988 to 2001. Mr. Patterson is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Northland Systems Training Inc. a global provider e-learning solutions. Mr. Patterson currently also serves as an advisor and director to several early-stage corporations. Mr. Patterson has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of e-djuster Inc in the past five years. Mr. Patterson was educated at Manchester and Aston University in the United Kingdom and holds a Chartered Engineer designation. |
