Mr. Eisenberg has been Executive Vice President Finance and Administration of The Timken Company since January 2002. The Timken Company is an international manufacturer of highly engineered bearings and alloy steels and a provider of related products and services. From January 1990 to May 2001, Mr. Eisenberg was employed by United Dominion Industries, an international manufacturer of proprietary engineered products, where his positions included President and Chief Operating Officer from December 1999 to May 2001 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 1995 to December 1999.
