Bo is an associate in the litigation department and focuses his practice on employment law issues and commercial litigation. He has experience advising employers on state and federal employment laws and regulations and has drafted employment, severance and non-competition agreements. Bo has also assisted employers in administrative and litigation proceedings related to Title VII, the ADA and the ADEA.
In addition, Bo has assisted in the representation of major financial institutions in consumer class action litigation in both federal and state court. His practice also includes conducting internal investigations.
Prior to joining Kennedy Covington, Bo served as law clerk to The Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
