Glenn Rybacki provides representation to public and quasi public entities in all manners of tax exempt and taxable debt issuance. He has served as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel on several municipal and state financings. Glenn also provides state and local tax planning and representation. He has assisted a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 corporations to start-up entities in achieving tax savings and maintaining compliance.

Prior to practicing law, Glenn was a tax manager in the multi state practice group at Deloitte & Touche and a Revenue Examiner for the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.
