Dr Segal is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and hematology. After graduating from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, he was a resident and chief resident at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and a hematopathology fellow at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Before joining DIANON Systems, Dr Segal was an assistant professor of pathology and medical director of the molecular hematopathology laboratory at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He has also been an assistant professor of pathology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. Dr Segal is the recipient of numerous research awards and has authored more than 25 publications in hematopathology. |
