Mr. Muir, a Certified Public Accountant, was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors in July 2001, and has held the positions of Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Treasurer since September 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Muir served as the Company's Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since February 1992 and Controller since joining the Company in October 1988. Mr. Muir has been the Company's Chief Financial Officer since 1992.
From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Muir was Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Metallon Engineered Materials Corp., a manufacturer of composite materials. Mr. Muir received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1986. |
