Glenn Padgett serves as International Speedway Corporation's Vice President & Chief Counsel - Operations. He has been employed by ISC since 1996 and also serves as ISC's Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary.
Padgett reports to the General Counsel supervises the ISC Legal Department and outside counsel retained by the Company and is directly responsible for regulatory compliance matters SEC reporting and more recently the Company's programs for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. He advises each of the committees of the ISC Board of Directors including the Audit Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees.
Padgett also serves on ISC management's Corporate Disclosure Committee and the Disclosure Controls Committee.
Padgett graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1976 with Honors and from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980 with High Honors and served as Senior Research Editor for the University of Florida Law Review. He was in private practice and represented ISC in SEC compliance and other matters since 1980. Padgett also serves as an executive officer for many subsidiaries of ISC. |
