Mr. Aidt is the Bank�s Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to organizing Emerald Bank, Mr. Aidt had over 40 years of experience in the financial institution industry. Mr. Aidt worked eleven of those years for Milton Federal Savings Bank, West Milton, Ohio, serving as its Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director. During that time, he oversaw its growth from $94.0 million in assets to $259.0 million in assets. Prior to working at Milton Federal, he served as Group Vice President and member of the senior management team for Gem Savings in Dayton, Ohio. Most recently, Mr. Aidt served as regional client relationship manager and assistant vice president for Unizan Bank, a $2.8 billion national bank. During his banking career, Mr. Aidt has been involved in all facets of operations including lending, retail deposits, branching and investments. Mr. Aidt received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Education from Otterbein College and his M.B.A. in Business from the University of Dayton. |
