Glenn Hallett founded The GCRH Corporation in 1996. He is GCRH�s Chief Information Officer and primary architect of the RightAnswer� solution. Hallett started GCRH after thirteen years of employment with The Dow Chemical Company. During most of his years with Dow, Hallett�s primary focus was on developing applications and solutions for the EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) and Packaging Design functions. In his last Dow position as an Information Systems Specialist, Hallett supported the Integrated Supply Chain Work Process Application Center and designed a breakthrough application called PALs (Package, Artwork and Label system). Dow�s implementation of PALs resulted in annual savings over $5 million. The application is still in operation today and continues to provide significant cost-competitive advantages to Dow. Hallett�s other primary position at Dow included responsibility for implementing over 50 Dow Corporate LANs and supporting over 2500 client-workstations, printers, and servers, as a Senior Telecommunications Analyst. From 1983-1987, Hallett�s positions included Workstation Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst, where he was responsible for the successful design, development, and implementation of several projects and processes specific to Dow business needs. Hallett began his career as a programming consultant for small business and was an early proponent and developer of personal computer technologies. As a beta-test evaluator for several industry leading software development companies, Hallett has been involved in testing operating systems and software programs for Claris, Microsoft, and Apple. Hallett earned his B.G.S., L.S. & A from the University of Michigan in 1980. |
