Glenn Hayes is the vice president of business operations for Tekmark Global Solutions. He is responsible for contract management, legal affairs, public relations, and purchasing. Tekmark Global Solutions� Mexico branch also reports to Mr. Hayes. His team is also responsible for the Passthrough program, in which Tekmark is a Tier 1 vendor to numerous clients acting as the primary contact and invoicing agent for agencies who place consultants at Fortune 500 corporations where those agencies are not a primary vendor.

Mr. Hayes joined Tekmark in 2001. He initiated the company's first public relations program and has achieved significant efficiencies in its operating expenses.

Before coming to Tekmark, Mr. Hayes had nearly 20 years of experience with several Fortune 500 companies, where he held a variety of business management positions and dealt with customers throughout the world. Mr. Hayes has extensive experience in product management, financial analysis, and establishing operational policies and procedures. His last assignment prior to Tekmark involved business operations for a worldwide services unit including customer order management and sales planning.

Mr. Hayes holds a bachelor�s degree in economics from Boston College and a master�s in business administration from Seton Hall University. He also attended the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business' Transformational Leadership Program.
