Glenn Hess became President of Pemco Aeroplex in April, 2004. Prior to coming to Pemco, Mr. Hess was President and Chief Operating Officer at Bell Helicopter in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Hess� extensive experience includes general management and operations with hands-on experience in business development, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and logistics support services. After an honorable discharge as an active duty naval aviator, Mr. Hess spent the next 20 years at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, Missouri. With the McDonnell Douglas Boeing merger in 1997, Mr. Hess moved from the military aircraft division to military aerospace support to learn additional aspects of the business. At Boeing, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager for the Maintenance and Modification Unit where he stayed until 2002. Mr. Hess received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, his Master of Science in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of West Florida and his Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
