Glenn Rhuda joined Mohr Partners, Inc. with over 12 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience. He has represented tenants in a broad spectrum of industries providing a full range of services from consulting and planning, site selection, brokerage through project management, and move coordination. His assignments have included build to suit projects, corporate headquarters facilities as well as field offices across the US and in Europe. Glenn's clients have included manufacturing companies in the aerospace and retail sectors, high tech companies in the software and telecomm markets and numerous clients in the services and non-profit fields. His in-depth experience in the full range of corporate facilities issues provides Mohr Partners' clients with an advisor who understands all the issues a company confronts. Always negotiating with the end product in mind, not just the transaction, sets Glenn and Mohr Partners apart from the traditional real estate services providers. Glenn entered the industry with one of the largest real estate companies in Boston. There he represented private and institutional owners of first class office/R&D properties including such companies as Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, John Hancock and GE Capital. His responsibilities included the development of fully integrated marketing programs, negotiating all business terms and leases, coordinating move-in schedules, as well as property and market updates. Glenn learned through this experience the driving factors in the industry from the owner's perspective, skills that he has used to benefit his Tenant clients.After five years with this company Glenn co-founded CRF Partners, a Boston based Tenant Representation firm. There Glenn and his partners represented tenants throughout Eastern Massachusetts as well as in Europe and areas across the United States. His analytical and mediation skills have proved critical to driving numerous transactions to a successful conclusion. The experience he gained with his former company, representing some of the largest landlords in the country, enabled him to devise strategies and tactics that bring both landlord and tenant to mutually acceptable and win-win agreements.A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Glenn holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics. He has done additional graduate work at the University of Colorado and the University of Southern California in Business and System Management. He is married to Catherine, a Professor of Nursing at UMass with two children, Sara and A.J. |
