Previously, Ms. Healy served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for eToys Direct, Inc. since it was formed in May of 2004. Ms. Healy was Director of Human Resources at eToys Direct, Inc.'s predecessor, KB Online Holdings, from June of 2003 to May of 2004. She brings more than 25 years experience in retail human resources and strategic business development to the organization. Previously, Ms. Healy owned and operated Harvest Resources, a human resources consulting practice from 2002 to June 2003. She held Vice President of Human Resources positions at Ultimate Electronics from August 2000 to November 2001, as well as Gart Sports (now the Sports Authority) until August 2000, where she had originally began as the Director of Employee Relations and Recruiting in August 1993. Prior to that Ms. Healy served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at FEDCO, in Los Angeles, from January 1987 to January of 1993. Before FEDCO, Ms. Healy worked for May Company Department Stores, Los Angeles as the Director of Store and College Recruiting, where she had been transferred from May Corporate in St. Louis. While in St. Louis with May Department Stores, from August 1984 to May 1986, she established the May Department Stores corporate recruiting function, and in addition held the position of Manager of Consumer Research in the strategic planning department. Ms. Healy began her Human Resources career with Macy's New York where she held Training Manager, Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager responsibilities from May 1982 to 1984. Ms. Healy holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree from Boston College. |
