Ms. Fan joined Bridgelux as CFO in June, 2006. Ms. Fan has more than 15 years of experience in providing financial, operational and business leadership to high technology companies. Her expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement, international finance, business operations and system integration. From 1999 to 2006, Ms. Fan worked at UTStarcom, a global network equipment and service provider, as vice president of global business operations and vice president of finance. During her tenure at UTStarcom, the company has its IPO and grew its revenue from $186M to $2.8B a year. From 1994 to 1999 Ms. Fan held various senior finance positions including controller and director of accounting with P-Com, during which time the company had its IPO and grew its revenue from $4M to over $300M a year. Prior to P-Com, she worked at IBM. Ms. Fan passed the uniform Certified Public Accountant examination and holds a MS and MBA from Purdue University and San Jose State University, respectively. |
