Gogi's practice includes representing debtors, secured creditors, creditors' committees, and trustees in a variety of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. She also has experience representing creditors in preference litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Gogi has worked on significant cases including; Mirant Corporation, NextWave Personal Communications Inc., ProMedCo Management Company, CoServ L.L.P., Romacorp, Inc. and TIC United Corporation.
Additionally, Gogi's experience includes corporate finance, corporate securities (public and private), asset and stock acquisitions, and other commercial transactions, both on a domestic and international basis.
