Gonzalo Marquez is the Chief Financial Officer for the Mobius Security Group. He is responsible for managing the group�s financial analyses, planning, reporting, and relationships with capital providers. Gonzalo also oversees strategic business development, creating growth opportunities for the company through strategic alliances, joint ventures, and other partnerships.Gonzalo has a strong background in financial and entrepreneurial management and his professional experience includes participation in early-stage ventures, private equity investments, and investment banking. Gonzalo was formerly the CFO of TM Systems LLC, an entertainment industry software company. Prior to this, he was a Principal of Banc of America Equity Partners, a $250 million private equity fund. As a Principal of this fund, Gonzalo participated in the acquisition and sale of companies in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela. Gonzalo has a broad base of business experience, having been involved as an investor or board member of companies in the security, information technology, healthcare, retail, and entertainment sectors. Gonzalo is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received a BBA with High Distinction. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. |
