Gordie Johnston is a partner with Bricker & Eckler LLP and a member of the business law group. He provides representation of debtors and creditors in transactions involving loan negotiation and documentation (including asset-based lending transactions), loan workouts, reorganization and insolvency proceedings and in matters involving general commercial law.
