Mr. Gray became a Director of BPZ upon consummation of the Merger with Navidec Inc. in September 2004. Since 1982 Mr. Gray has served as President of Allied Crude Purchasing Inc. a privately owned transportation company which purchases crude oil at the well site and transports it by truck or pipeline to sales points throughout Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Mr. Gray has owned and operated oil production and oil field service businesses for over 30 years. His activities are centered in West Texas in the Permian Basin the most productive oil and gas region in the United States.
