Gordon Hagendorf joined Willbros as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2008. He has a diversified background in strategic HR development executive leadership training and HR process and performance improvements on both a domestic and international basis. Mr. Hagendorf has over 30 years of extensive HR expertise working at Brown & Root and Aker Kvaerner in all phases of HR. He worked in several HR management positions with Brown & Root over a 17-year career and served as Senior Vice President for Aker Kvaerner for all HR activities in the construction and process businesses in the U.S. Canada and South America. He also has extensive experience in Asia the Middle East and Australia. Mr. Hagendorf holds a Bachelor or Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and several professional certifications in HR.
