Ms. Yang is a shareholder with the Tampa office of GrayRobinson. Her practice includes compliance issues for alcohol beverage vendors; alcohol, hotel, restaurants, lottery, and occupational licensing work; the representation of alcohol and hospitality industry members before local, state and federal administrative agencies; land use issues, including alcohol-related conditional or special use permitting and variance issues; drafting and negotiating various types of agreements; alcohol tax issues; and other matters affecting hospitality industry members. Ms. Yang has also counseled clients on various issues related to the Florida Food Safety Act, the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Federal Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness Response Act of 2002. Ms. Yang has handled the purchase, sale, and licensure of thousands of retail stores, resort and hotel properties, restaurants, and other businesses located throughout the United States.
