Grace, who has successfully completed more than 100 senior-level and board assignments, recruits creative leaders focused on profitable global growth via innovation. Grace is the Managing Partner Europe of the firm�s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, working with clients to recruit top-level executives for general management and senior operational and functional positions. She assists companies in attracting talent and structuring teams capable of driving global expansion in emerging markets. Her practice includes a specialisation in helping companies across industries identify Chairman and Non-Executive Directors. Grace�s search experience includes being with three of the top five global firms. Most recently, she was a partner with Highland Partners. During a 14-year tenure with Towers Perrin, Grace was a member of the firm�s European Board with responsibility for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. She was the youngest individual in the firm�s history elected to Partner. Grace holds a bachelor�s degree with Honours in psychology and a master�s degree from London University.
