Grace Lee joined the firm in 2006 as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
In General. Grace earned her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, where she was an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review Journal. While at law school, Grace served as a judicial clerk extern to the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was the recipient of the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award.
Grace is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
