Grant G. Keppel, CPA, is the National Director of Cost Segregation Partners, affiliated with Freed Maxick & Battaglia, CPAs. He is a nationally renowned Cost Segregation practitioner with over 17 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Keppel specializes in consulting in Real Estate, and over the last three years, he has developed, and is responsible for, over 2,000 cost segregation consulting projects for new and existing clients. Mr. Keppel has led the Cost Segregation team�s marketing efforts, which include national seminars for various state CPA societies, AICPA, individual CPA practices nationwide, as well as attorneys, architects and bankers. His expertise in cost segregation studies encompasses industries such as hotels/motels, shopping centers/strip plazas, fast food and restaurant industry, as well as manufacturing, health care, automobile and food processing industries.
