Grant N. Smith, age 55. Mr. Smith is Executive Vice-President and Co-Director of Research of the General Partner and The Millburn Corporation and a partner of ShareInVest. He is responsible for the design, testing and implementation of quantitative trading strategies, as well as for planning and overseeing the computerized decision-support systems of the firm. He received a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1974 and an M.S. degree from M.I.T. in 1975.
