Grant Hayward is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality, and results. By leveraging his experience in structuring global senior management teams, Grant provides clients with candidates capable of establishing and growing profitable operations in new markets. As a member of the firm�s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, Grant works with a variety of clients across industries. He has successfully completed assignments for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Managing Directors, practice leadership and other senior executives responsible for sales, marketing, services, and EMEA. He has also identified Chairmen and non-executive members for boards of directors of emerging technology companies. Grant�s practice includes a concentration in professional services and enterprise software, specifically information technology outsourcing and BPO companies. He has worked with numerous India-based clients to build senior management teams located in major business centers throughout Europe. Previously Grant was with Renoir Partners, a boutique executive search firm dedicated to venture and private equity-backed technology companies which later merged with CTPartners. He began his search career as a member of the Korn/Ferry International Technology Practice. Grant is a graduate of Kingston University. He is based in the firm�s London office. |
