Grant Nichols is an associate in the Insurance and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Grant has experience in both federal and state court, as well as in private and administrative arbitrations. His practice focuses primarily on environmental insurance and reinsurance coverage issues, although he has experience in matters ranging from shareholder disputes and securities fraud claims to mass tort and products liability litigation. Grant joined Drinker Biddle from another Philadelphia-based law firm where he worked as an associate in its litigation department.
Grant received his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 1998 and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003. During law school, Grant trained as a member of the United States National Rowing Team and competed at the World Rowing Championships. Prior to attending law school, Grant worked as a property and casualty insurance broker in both London and the United States.
Grant is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. |
