Granville Grant is a senior associate and senior project manager at Spectrum Design. Granville has a diverse professional background covering all major aspects of engineering and architecture. Having a degree in architectural engineering and related architectural work experience, he has the ability to thoroughly understand the inter-relationships between building function and design of engineered building systems. His engineering experience covers civil site layout, utility profiling, electrical systems layout, including heating/cooling load analysis and design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. With over 20 years of experience, Granville received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Architecture-Engineering Technology Program from Virginia Western Community College in 1985. He has worked at Spectrum Design since 1982 and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineers, the National Fire Protection and the Association of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers where he served as President of the Blue Ridge Chapter. |
