Gray Medlin founded The Carson Medlin Company in 1991 and manages the firm�s North Carolina office. Immediately prior to founding The Carson Medlin Company, Mr. Medlin was vice president of corporate finance for a regional investment banking firm. There he provided community banks with valuation-related services, including mergers and acquisitions and financial fairness opinions. He began his corporate finance career handling corporate restructurings and private financings for a European-owned manufacturer. Mr. Medlin earned a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
