Greg Burch is Chairman of the Firm's East Asia Practice group and head of the Houston office Construction Law section, where he works on construction, general commercial, and international law. He has experience in complex commercial and international litigation, including class action, "mass action," and multi-district litigation, as well as life insurance sales practices and death claim litigation. Mr. Burch also counsels clients on commercial disputes in the maritime, construction, energy, foreign trade, and insurance industries. He advises on construction contract disputes for owners/engineers, insurance defense of personal injury, death and property damage claims in the maritime and energy industries, insurance coverage and "bad faith" cases in maritime, and general liability areas for foreign and domestic insurers.
