Calcagno is responsible for managing the service bureau operations and all related engineering and product development. He brings over 15 years of operational and business experience in similar billing, collections and telecom markets. Prior, Calcagno was CEO and President of SecureBill, Inc., an eCommerce billing company. He also led Client Services and Billing groups for AT&T's MultiQuest division, where his organization implemented a new direct billing platform. Calcagno also served as Director of Marketing for VRS Billing Systems, where his primary responsibility was business development. Earlier in his career, Calcagno was corporate controller for Jos. J. Albanese, a leading Bay Area construction company. Calcagno holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University.
