eg Clark is responsible for leading E2open's overall operations, including the development of new products and technologies and the successful delivery of customer projects. With the company since its inception, Clark previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at E2open.
Before joining E2open, Clark was an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Vice President at IBM's Tivoli Systems Inc. He led Tivoli's security architecture group and spearheaded product architecture and strategy. Prior to joining IBM, Clark founded, was majority stockholder, and served in multiple executive positions including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Dascom, Inc., a web security management technology company. Dascom was acquired by IBM in 1999, and its products now form the core of security and policy management products within IBM. Prior to Dascom, Clark led the Asia Pacific development and porting team at AT&T UNIX System Laboratories (USL), a division of Bell Labs, responsible for the integration and support of UNIX technologies in the Pacific Rim. Clark spent several years as a key contributor and leader of the team that worked on the Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) standard, UNIX ports to SMP hardware, and ports of network management technology to telecommunications transmission equipment. Prior to USL, Clark worked in the advance manufacturing division of BDM Corporation and led the core technical team at the serial I/O hardware manufacturer Stallion Technologies.
