Greg Deming is an accomplished sales executive who joined Reiser Group in 2005 to assist the company in growing its key accounts business. As Sales Director, Greg managed the successful launch and sales of Siena Hills, a 216-unit condominium project in San Ramon for Statewide Acquisitions. He also managed from inception through grand opening a new for-sale community in San Jose, Monte Verano Condominiums. Comprised of 96 residences, Monte Verano sold out two months ahead of the builder's projections. Reiser Group has been awarded additional contracts by The Olson Co. for all of its Orange County developments in Southern California, due to Greg's effective management and sales results as Sales Director with Olson in Northern California.
Prior to joining Reiser Group, Greg held executive sales positions with American Express Corporate Services, CIGNA Group Insurance and FirstSource Corporation. With CIGNA, Greg led the organization to double its sales in three years and at FirstSource he grew sales from $10 million to over $110 million in a single year. Additionally Greg has held a variety of general management positions, including complete responsibility for all American Express Business Travel offices on the East Coast. Greg was instrumental in growing the region to over 100 locations and 1,600 employees. In this role he was the executive sponsor to several mission critical projects including the integration of acquired Thomas Cook travel offices, as well as restructuring operations to accommodate dramatic changes in airline commission rates.
Greg owns a copyrighted, sales-development formula that helps companies improve sales velocity. He has trained companies in the methodology as a consultant. The program features tighter performance management, clarified competency models and implementation of field-leadership training designed to accelerate sales effectiveness.
