Continental is pleased that Greg Denman elected to bring his 35 years of industry knowledge, experience and service to strengthen our Client Services Administrative area. During his years with JPMorgan, First Chicago, Equiserve and Computershare, Greg had compiled an excellent record of client service while building a reputation for designing and implementing cost savings systems. While with Equiserve he worked with Post Office officials to assist in the design of a mail presort system that saved clients thousands of dollars in postage. During his career, Greg has handled many diverse clients and is aware of the needs of small corporate issuers as well as large corporate ones. His clients have had shareholder bases as small as100 and as large as 175,000. He has acted as Inspector of Elections at over 250 Annual and Special shareholder Meetings. This diversity has given him insight into the special needs of different clients, an attribute that will benefit Continental�s diverse client base. This experience, along with his overall knowledge makes him uniquely qualified to deliver services to our clients. In his spare time, Gregg enjoys golf and rooting for the Mets. He has an Associates degree in Banking and Finance from Bergen Community College. |
