Greg Dunn is Vice President and Managing Principal of WaterburyGroup and one of the founding members of the firm. Since joining the executive search arena in the late 1980s, Mr. Dunn has conducted executive recruiting assignments in numerous industry verticals to include: Professional Services, Information Technology/New Media, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Academia. His experience covers a wide-array of assignments, ranging from President, Chief Executive Officer, and Partner positions to Senior-level operating and staff positions for some of the largest public and privately held organizations in the world.
Prior to founding WaterburyGroup, Greg worked as a staffing consultant at the world headquarters of a six billion dollar technology corporation. In this capacity, Greg was responsible for executive level talent assessment, training of internal recruiting professionals on recruitment methodology and direct recruiting. Prior to working as a staffing consultant, Greg was a Director of a top 15 global executive search firm with responsibility for executive level recruiting, account development and staff management. Before entering the executive search business, Greg spent several years in operational and production engineering management positions for two Fortune� 500 conglomerates. |
